  • Assist with overseas supplier payments
  • Record routine monthly journals and ensure bank reconciliations are up to date
  • Reconcile all balance sheet accounts and intercompany charges

Job description

We are looking for a bookkeeper to work in our finance team, with a goal of on time AP processing, reconciliations and reporting.

Accounts Payable Responsibilities:

  • Process all payables in a timely manner, including weekly processing of payment runs.
  • Assist with overseas supplier payments

General Responsibilities:

  • Assist with any AR requirements and journals
  • Keep intercompany charges and reconciliations up to date
  • Prepare tax compliance for review by Finance Team Leader

Month-End Reconciliations Responsibilities:

  • Ensure bank reconciliations are up to date.
  • Record routine monthly journals.
  • Reconcile all balance sheet accounts.
