We are currently seeking a Norwegian Speaking Customer Support Representative for an Online Streaming Service. Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients regarding online streaming services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, subscription details, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints to enhance their viewing experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and ensure prompt follow-up on inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement service improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Stay updated on product features and content offerings to provide informed assistance.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to support the continuous enhancement of service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the entertainment or streaming industry.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.

  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
