  • Deliver outstanding support to Norwegian-speaking customers, fostering strong relationships to enhance loyalty.
  • Manage customer inquiries related to accounts, products, and loyalty programs with efficiency and empathy.
  • Proactively reach out to customers for updates, resolve issues, and gather feedback to improve service offerings.
  • Educate customers on loyalty programs and effectively communicate the benefits to encourage continued engagement with the brand.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and quick resolution of concerns.
  • Assess and analyze customer feedback and loyalty trends to inform improvements in service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system for quality tracking and reporting.

Requirements
