This role involves providing exceptional support to our Swedish-speaking business clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.   • Engage with Swedish-speaking business clients via phone, email, and chat to provide comprehensive support.
  • Respond to inquiries related to business services and assist with account management and operational tasks.

  • Accurately record all client interactions in the CRM system for reference and quality control.
  • Work in collaboration with internal teams to handle complex inquiries and enhance delivery of services.

  • Participate in continuous training and development to improve service delivery and personal skill set.

Requirements
