Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch support to Swedish-speaking customers, emphasizing the importance of building lasting relationships.

  • Actively engage with customers to offer updates, resolve any concerns, and collect feedback to improve offerings.
  • Promote loyalty initiatives and educate customers on the associated benefits in a compelling manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions and swift issue resolution.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to suggest actionable improvements in service and satisfaction.
  • Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system for quality assurance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service or customer loyalty roles, ideally in retail or a service-oriented environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer-focused mindset.
