  • Guide users through platform features and ensure they are informed of best practices to optimize their streaming experience.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Partner with other departments to share user feedback and suggest enhancements to the service.
  • Keep updated on the latest platform developments and streaming industry trends to provide informed support.
  • Proactively follow up with users to ensure their concerns are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
