In this role, you will provide assistance to Danish-speaking clients, addressing their mobile device queries and technical problems to ensure a smooth customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding mobile device-related inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve various technical problems related to mobile applications, connectivity, and device setup.
  • Help customers enhance their mobile device usage by offering personalized solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Accurately document all support interactions and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of their issues and confirm satisfaction with the support provided.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in mobile technology to provide relevant and up-to-date assistance.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Danish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in mobile support or technical support is highly desirable.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, particularly with mobile devices.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities and effective communication skills with a diverse clientele.
  • Familiarity with mobile applications and support tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently within a remote working environment.
