Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is pleased to announce an opportunity for a Danish Speaking In-Game Support Analyst. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about gaming and dedicated to providing high-quality customer support. As an In-Game Support Analyst, you will assist Danish-speaking players by addressing their inquiries and ensuring they have the best gaming experience possible.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver real-time assistance to Danish-speaking players through in-game chat, email, and community platforms.
  • Identify and troubleshoot various in-game issues, helping players resolve technical problems related to gameplay and accounts.
  • Document and follow up on player issues within the support ticketing system to ensure effective resolution.
  • Communicate with players to explain game mechanics, features, and updates clearly and effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with the development team to relay player feedback and highlight recurring concerns.
  • Stay current with the latest game updates, features, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes to enhance overall player satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the gaming industry, is highly regarded.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to assist players with various technical challenges.
  • A passion for gaming and a solid understanding of game mechanics and community dynamics.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to cater to player needs.
  • Experience with customer support tools and ticketing systems is advantageous.
  • A positive attitude, empathy, and a commitment to providing outstanding player support.
