We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for an Online Travel Agency. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and excel in customer service, providing support to Spanish-speaking clients as they plan and book their journeys.


Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding travel bookings, itineraries, and travel policies through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, changes, cancellations, and provide relevant travel information.
  • Handle complaints and ensure timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Efficiently document customer interactions and ensure accurate follow-up on issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
  • Educate customers about available travel options and unique promotions to enhance their experience.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvements and operational enhancements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
