Document user interactions and solutions in our CRM system to ensure consistency and quality of service.
Work in cooperation with other teams to highlight recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
Stay updated on platform developments and new features to offer accurate support.
Perform follow-up communications with users to confirm their satisfaction with the assistance received.

Requirements
