  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service by providing consistent, timely and accurate customer support
  • Leverage analytics to proactively outreach to the existing customer base, to improve customer outcomes and their success with the application throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Use Project Management skills to help the team generate and execute on ideas to enhance overall customer success
  • Resell the value and benefits of the company, up-sell/cross-sell services and products to increase customer satisfaction
  • Cross functional internal collaboration to advocate for the voice of the customer to all relevant stakeholders internally and with our channel partners
  • Demonstrate an ability to create partnerships and manage relationships to investigate and resolve customer issues.

  • Advanced (B2) level in English (oral and written)
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience managing customer expectations and de-escalating tense scenarios
  • Outstanding follow-up and follow through to ensure customers’ success and a positive outcome
  • Ability to work in a team environment
