Job description

We are looking for a Senior Oracle Fusion Reporting Consultant to support a client engagement for approximately 6 months. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting reports and dashboards within Oracle Fusion, primarily using OTBI and BI Publisher. 

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting, solid understanding of Fusion data structures, and the ability to work independently with business and technical stakeholders. 

Requirements 

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Reporting 
  • Strong experience with OTBI 
  • Strong experience with BI Publisher 
  • Good understanding of Oracle Fusion data model and reporting subject areas
  • Experience creating data models, layouts, templates, bursting, and parameters in BI Publisher 
  • Ability to write and understand SQL queries 
  • Experience with report troubleshooting and performance tuning 
  • Ability to work independently and communicate with client stakeholders
  • Good English communication skills

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Reporting
  • Advanced expertise in OTBI and BI Publisher report development
  • Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion data models and reporting subject areas
  • Experience creating BI Publisher data models, templates, layouts, bursting, and parameters
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with report troubleshooting and performance optimization
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with client stakeholders in English

Responsibilities 

  • Design, develop, and maintain reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence - OTBI 
  • Build and customize reports using BI Publisher 
  • Analyze reporting requirements and translate them into technical reporting solutions 
  • Work with Oracle Fusion subject areas, data models, SQL queries, templates, and layouts 
  • Support report testing, validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization 
  • Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams Investigate reporting issues and propose practical solutions 
  • Prepare documentation for developed reports, data sources, and logic 
  • Support ad hoc reporting requests and reporting enhancements

Assignment duration: 6-7 months, with possibility to prolong

Start date: around July

Hourly rate: 35-37 USD/h
