Job description
This is a remote position.
Roles & Responsibilities Implementation and support across Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits. • Design and conduct CRPs, SIT, UAT, and End User Training. • Manage data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL)/PBL. Drive solution workshops with customer stakeholders and provide best practice guidance. • Work closely with project managers, SMEs, and technical teams for seamless delivery. • Develop HR integrations using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Web Services (SOAP/REST), OIC, and HDL. • Design and write Fast Formulas (Payroll/ABS/Benefits/Compensation/Element Eligibility). • Build OTBI, BIP & Dashboard reports for Business HR & HR Ops teams. • Technical Support: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the Oracle batch job system for performance and scalability. • Collaboration: Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
