Job description

Your Role:

  • Engage with customers via chat and phone, providing exceptional service.
  • Be the go-to expert on innovative products and services.
  • Solve customer challenges by offering tailored troubleshooting solutions.
  • Provide guidance on advanced cameras, printers, and imaging solutions.
  • Support inquiries about purchases, warranties, repairs, and more.

Requirements

  • Native Norwegian speaker.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic technical knowledge and enthusiasm for technology and imaging.
  • Familiarity with its products (or interest in learning) is an advantage!
  • Ability to relocate to Greece.
  • EU Passport holder.
