ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY  

NP Digital is seeking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Representative to work on our inbound sales efforts in the Latin American market. You will be responsible for driving sales revenue, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through prospecting and managing inbound leads. 

This is a newly created role to support our growing Sales department. 

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has significant experience in previous similar roles, digital background, and agency side experience. 

To be considered, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in Argentina and are required to be fluent in English. 

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Manage and nurture inbound leads, responding promptly, qualifying leads, and guiding them through the sales process
  • Conduct sales prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking
  • Build ad hoc sales decks that matches leads marketing needs
  • Perform discovery calls with sales leads
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline, converting leads, and closing deals
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, conducting market research and analysis for identifying new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate sales records, provide regular reports and performance analysis to management

ABOUT YOU 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital sales, preferably in the Latin American market
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, including SEO, Content Creation, Paid Media, Email Marketing, etc.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software, including lead management, pipeline tracking, and reporting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated with a drive for achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) isrequired
