ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY 

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to support our global RevOps function, someone curious, analytical, and excited about using AI and automation to work smarter, not just harder. This role is ideal for someone early in their RevOps or Marketing Analytics career who is data-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how marketing, sales, and revenue connect. 

You will work closely with RevOps leadership, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to maintain, improve, and analyze data, dashboards, and reporting across multiple regions and business units. 

This role is hands-on and execution-focused, with strong exposure to marketing and sales funnels, paid media performance, CRM data, and analytics infrastructure. This role will also support the adoption of AI-powered tools and workflows to improve efficiency across Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Sales. The RevOps Analyst will help identify opportunities where automation, AI-assisted analysis, and smarter reporting can reduce manual work and improve decision-making. 

Please note this is a Contractor position (30-40 hours per week) and fully remote. Opportunity for full time placement based on performance and business needs. 

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES 

Reporting & Dashboards 

  • Maintain and update RevOps, Marketing, and Sales dashboards used by global stakeholders 
  • Build and optimize reports in Salesforce and HubSpot 
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across dashboards 
  • Improve reporting efficiency (automation, better structure, reduced manual work)

Marketing & Sales Data Analysis 

  • Analyze marketing and sales funnel performance 
  • Support analysis of paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and their impact on pipeline and revenue 
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in marketing and sales data 
  • Support ROI and attribution analysis for campaigns

CRM & RevOps Support 

  • Assist with Salesforce and HubSpot data hygiene, structure, and reporting 
  • Support lead lifecycle tracking, funnel conversion analysis, and pipeline monitoring 
  • Help QA lead routing, lifecycle stages, and campaign attribution 
  • Work with tools like Chili Piper to support routing and meeting flows

Tracking & Analytics 

  • Support GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM governance 
  • QA tracking setup and data flowing from marketing platforms into CRMs 
  • Assist in improving event tracking and conversion measurement (with guidance)

Global & Cross-Regional Support 

  • Provide reporting and data support to Global teams 
  • Help standardize metrics and definitions across regions 
  • Support ad-hoc analysis requests from Marketing, Sales, and RevOps leadership

ABOUT YOU 

  • 1–2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar 
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail 
  • Experience working with data, reports, and dashboards 
  • Comfortable manipulating data in Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, large datasets) 
  • Basic understanding of marketing and sales funnels 
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

TECHNICAL SKILLS (MUST HAVE) 

  • Salesforce (reports, basic dashboards, data structure understanding) 
  • HubSpot (reporting, lifecycle stages, campaigns – or strong willingness to learn) 
  • Google Sheets 
  • GA4 (reading reports, understanding metrics) 
  • UTMs & campaign tracking fundamentals 
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or similar) to support data analysis, reporting, documentation, or process improvement 
  • Basic understanding of automation tools (Zapier, Make, native CRM automations) is a plus

BONUS POINTS 

  • Experience analyzing paid media performance (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) 
  • Familiarity with Chili Piper and Outreach 
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager (event setup, QA, debugging) 
  • Basic understanding of attribution models SQL or database basics (not required, but a strong plus)

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION 

  • Base Salary Per Month: USD $2,000.00 to $2,500.00; depending on experience and skills
