Job description:

Required Level of Education: High school graduate

• Preferred Level of Education: Bachelor's degree (not required)

• How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate?: 5+

• Specific Systems Knowledge Required: Microsoft Office, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, Microsoft Teams

• Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred: Wrike

• Any Required Certifications?: None

• Expected Shift: 8 am - 5 pm PT

• Interview Process: 1-2 Teams interviews to include completion of a live case study

• Top Three things Worker will be doing: CRM software UAT (user acceptance testing), results/defect reporting, system release status reporting

• Top Three Skillsets needed: UI (User Interface) testing knowledge, analytical, detail oriented to identify even minor defects

• Anything else important we need to know to fill your role?: We need a resource who works collaboratively, is open to constructive feedback, and is willing to learn constantly
