Job description:
Title: Sr. Business Analyst

Location: Stamford, CT – 100% Remote

Duration: 12 months + (Potential for Extension)

Top Desired Skills:

· 6-10 years of experience as a business analyst - providing business analysis, technical design, and planning activities for business and IT.

· Strong working knowledge of general technology landscape: azure, infra, applications.

· Insurance or Reinsurance experience

· Needs to be P&C insurance, not healthcare for this.

· Create documentation

· Remediation role for audit project that requires heavy documentation and setting up business application owners and users.

· Global company- experience working with global business users

Role Description:

This Business Analyst will work with cross-functional stakeholders and external clients to understand their business needs and design, build, and operationalize the best-in-class solutions. This individual will be reporting directly into the Head of Applications responsible for providing analysis of applications coding and working with the users of critical VM based applications. Successful candidate should have strong experience communicating with the business and be able to get technical enough to understand what is going well with the servers and technologies. Top traits of someone for this role will be: organization, documentation, with strong analytical/technical background.
