Job description:

Title: Scrum Master– Iteration Lead

Location: Remote

Responsibilities include:

· Help the team agree on what they can achieve during each development sprint (or another period).

· Facilitate agile cadences like backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews and retrospectives, help the team reach a consensus.

· Help the team make progress on the project by ensuring each person is working on the right tasks, remove any obstacles to the team members' progress, and protect the team from distractions.

· Responsible for managing the process and moving the project toward completion.

· Responsible for the IT Project Portfolio, manage and provide strategic guidance to project managers, management and delivery processes via JIRA and Confluence.

· Work with IT team leads to create the multi-year strategic Roadmap.

· Responsible for planning, managing, communicating and delivering key application development product functionality.

· Align with the product owner to develop the multiyear product roadmap including: vision, strategy, milestones and contingencies.

· Provide transparency to executive management through real-time reports and dashboards.
