JOB DESCRIPTION Our Seattle WA healthcare client has an immediate need for a 100% remote Lawson Payroll Manager to serve as backfill during their ERP Transformation. Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day payroll processing using the Lawson payroll system and.
Serve as a trusted manager and leader of the legacy system while leadership participates in an ERP transformation.
Oversee and assist in biweekly payroll check processing and balancing.
Experience with union contracts
Maintain accurate payroll data, including employee information, tax withholdings, and deductions.
Manage employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate employee data and financial information.
Required
5+ years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a healthcare setting
Experience with Lawson payroll system or similar enterprise payroll software, including the ability to configure and maintain payroll codes, tables, and rules in the system.
Familiarity with automated time and attendance and staff scheduling software, API Healthare Symplr, Kronos or ADP. Knowledge of API preferred.
Ability to generate and run reports in Lawson, including ad hoc reports using Access or other reporting tools.
Preference for candidate that has been a Payroll Manager with Lawson and Time and Attendance system.
