Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with at least 6+ years of experience and strong Healthcare claims data experience.

An ideal candidate is a BSA with strong SQL, data mapping, data profiling experience and exposure to Snowflake.

Top Desired Skills:

- Strong experience with Healthcare Claim data experience and domain knowledge (ideally having worked at payor) - Experience with Grievance and Appeal data process - Strong SQL skills/data analysis (experience with Snowflake platform is highly preferred) - Extensive experience with requirement gathering/documentation/AGILE - Experience with Root Cause Analysis

Job Description:

Client is needing at least 3 BSA to help with the buildout of an operational analytics layer on top of Snowflake data platform dealing with pending claims, member, and provider data for Grievances and Appeals. Need to have strong healthcare claim domain knowledge/experience as well as strong technical acumen with SQL, data mapping, profiling, validation and documentation. Not just a doer, needs to have problem solving mindset with great communication and the ability to help solution the best way to build out this Operational Analytics Layer (OPAL).
