Job description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce architect with a strong background in configuration and customization. The ideal candidate should possess exemplary debugging skills, effective communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. As a Salesforce architect, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions. The role requires hands-on experience in sales, service, and CPQ and the ability to work closely with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Salesforce Design and Customization:
   • Design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions based on client requirements.
   • Hands-on configuration and customization of Salesforce features, ensuring optimal system performance.

1. Integration Strategy
   • Develop and implement comprehensive integration strategies for connecting Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications.
   • Evaluate business requirements to design efficient and scalable integration solutions.

1. API Development and Management:
   • Create and manage API's for seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems.
   • Implement best practices for API development, versioning, and security.

1. Debugging and Issue Resolution:
   • Demonstrate exemplary debugging skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
   • Work collaboratively with development teams to address and fix bugs in a timely manner.

1. Communication and Collaboration:
   • Effectively communicate with clients to gather requirements, explain technical solutions, and address concerns.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.

1. Documentation:
   • Create comprehensive documentation for Salesforce solutions, including design specifications, technical documentation, and user guides.
   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project life-cycle.

1. Client Meetings and Requirements Gathering:
   • Participate in client meetings to understand business needs and requirements.
   • Groom user stories and translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.

1. Certifications:
   • Possess relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or similar.
   • Stay current with Salesforce releases and updates to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce architect with a focus on sales, service, and CPQ.
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality deliverables.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus.
