Job Title: Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About The Role:
This is the first sales hire to join our dynamic team and requires a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR). As an SDR,
your core responsibility will be to drive lead generation efforts, with a focus on identifying and engaging enterprise-level clients. You will play a critical role in fuelling the sales pipeline through strategic outreach across multiple channels, including
email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within targeted outreach to enterprise accounts
Execute high-volume outbound outreach campaigns using a mix of email, social, phone, and other channels
Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities
Book and coordinate discovery meetings between qualified prospects and CEO
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Stay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively position our solutions
Work closely with the CEO to develop account strategies and improve conversion rates
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Proven success & track record delivering significant volume of enterprise leads
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Confident, driven, and resilient with a hunter mindset
Organised with the ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups
Comfortable using sales tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software)
Previous experience in a sales, lead generation, or customer-facing role is a plus
A genuine interest in business growth, technology, and enterprise markets
