We are a UK-based specialist recruitment consultancy operating within the Construction, Fire Engineering, Insurance and Professional Consultancy sectors. We partner with leading firms across the UK to deliver exceptional talent solutions. As part of our next growth phase, we’re excited to expand our presence into the UAE market — and we’re seeking a driven, ambitious Business Development Manager to help lead that expansion.


The Role


This is a strategic and growth-oriented position, perfect for someone who thrives in developing new client relationships and uncovering business opportunities. You’ll be responsible for driving our footprint across the UAE, particularly within the following sectors:

● Fire Engineering
● Construction Consultancy (Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Cost Management)
● Claims & Loss Adjusting
You’ll work remotely, collaborating closely with our UK-based leadership team, taking ownership of business development efforts - from initial outreach to client onboarding.


Key Responsibilities


● Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE construction and engineering recruitment sectors.
● Conduct outbound prospecting, networking, and cold calling to engage with decision-makers.
● Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and hiring managers.
● Lead negotiations and sign new terms of business with client companies.
● Collaborate with recruiters and consultants to ensure roles are filled effectively and client expectations are met.
● Track market trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for sector growth.
● Represent us professionally in all communications and virtual meetings.


About You


We’re looking for a proactive and strategic professional with a successful background in recruitment or business development in the UAE market. You’ll need to be self-motivated, commercially savvy, and passionate about building lasting partnerships.

Requirements


● Proven experience in recruitment or business development (ideally within the UAE).
● Strong knowledge of the UAE recruitment landscape and client base.
● Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

● Resilience, work ethic, and ambition to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
● Experience with remote working and self-management.
