Requirements

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to UK businesses to introduce energy and water-saving solutions.

  • Consultative Sales: Identify decision-makers, uncover pain points, and qualify needs through sharp, targeted questioning.

  • Build Relationships: Develop trust and rapport with new prospects.

  • Stay Ahead: Keep up with trends, competitor moves, and UK regulatory shifts to offer timely, relevant advice.

  • Own Your Numbers: Track your performance through KPIs, 121s, and conversion reporting.

  • Stay Compliant: Ensure all calls meet UK compliance standards—honesty builds lasting relationships.



What We’re Looking For:

  • Location: Cape Town (you'll work in a remote team based in Cape Town)
  • B2B Sales Experience – Previous cold calling or lead gen experience is a big plus.

  • Strong Communicator – You can clearly and confidently explain complex ideas.

  • Resilient & Target-Driven – You bounce back from setbacks and stay focused on results.

  • Customer-Focused – You genuinely want to help people solve problems.

  • Tech Confident – Familiar with CRMs, MS Office, and quick to learn new systems.
