This is a remote position.
We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) Consultant to join our global team. The consultant will be responsible for leading SAP SD implementations, enhancements, and support activities. The role requires in-depth knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, strong configuration skills, and the ability to integrate with other SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, PP, WM, and CRM). The ideal candidate will be able to work independently in a remote delivery model while partnering closely with business stakeholders.
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD module to support business requirements.
Conduct requirement gathering workshops, prepare functional specifications, and design solutions.
Configure and optimize core SD processes including pricing, billing, shipping, credit management, rebates, returns, and intercompany sales.
Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, PP, WM, QM, and CRM).
Perform system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support cutover/go-live activities.
Provide production support, troubleshooting, and end-user training.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and new functionalities.
Stay updated with the latest SAP innovations including S/4HANA SD capabilities.
Mentor junior consultants and share best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years of SAP SD consulting experience, with at least 2 full lifecycle end-to-end implementations.
Strong expertise in Order Management, Pricing Procedures, Billing, Credit & Debit Memos, Shipping & Logistics Execution.
Solid understanding of SD-FI and SD-MM integration.
Experience with S/4HANA Sales and advanced SD functionalities (ATP, Advanced Returns, Fiori apps).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote global environment.
SAP Certification in Sales & Distribution.
Industry experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, or Retail sectors.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and global template rollouts.
