· Lead workshops with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Vendor Management teams to translate business requirements into architectural designs.
· Provide thought leadership on digital supply chain modernization, procurement transformation and financial integration.
· Ensure solutions comply with public-sector procurement rules, audit requirements, and financial controls.
Project Delivery & Governance
· Lead solution blueprinting, feasibility assessments, and cross platform impact analysis.
· Provide architectural direction to functional consultants, developers, and testing teams.
· Oversee testing and validation activities, including Ariba and Fieldglass quarterly release cycles.
· Ensure solution quality through governance, documentation, and continuous improvement.
Analytics, Reporting & Data Strategy
· Partner with data and reporting teams to design analytics solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Datasphere.
Ensure data models support operational reporting, compliance, and strategic decision-making. ·
