The Role
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the companyβs presence in international markets.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in software development and staff augmentation.
Establish and strengthen long-term relationships with global clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Drive local sales initiatives to complement international expansion.
Lead and mentor the business development, sales, and partnerships teams to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align business strategies with organizational goals.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify and act on emerging opportunities.
Oversee high-value negotiations, partnerships, and strategic deals to ensure profitable outcomes.
Represent the company at global industry events, networking forums, and client engagements.
Ideal Profile
You have at least 10 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within IT sales.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
Proven track record of successfully bringing in business from international markets, preferably in software development or IT services.
A strong background in staff augmentation services is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and ability to deliver measurable results.
Strong leadership and team management skills with prior experience leading cross-functional teams.
