Job description

To further accelerate our international growth, we are now seeking a visionary Chief Business Officer (CBO) to lead global business development, expand strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the company’s presence in international markets.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in software development and staff augmentation.
  • Establish and strengthen long-term relationships with global clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Drive local sales initiatives to complement international expansion.
  • Lead and mentor the business development, sales, and partnerships teams to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align business strategies with organizational goals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify and act on emerging opportunities.
  • Oversee high-value negotiations, partnerships, and strategic deals to ensure profitable outcomes.
  • Represent the company at global industry events, networking forums, and client engagements.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 10 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within IT sales.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
  • You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing in business from international markets, preferably in software development or IT services.
  • A strong background in staff augmentation services is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and ability to deliver measurable results.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with prior experience leading cross-functional teams.
