Position Overview:
We are seeking a research oriented and results-driven Sourcer with proven experience in identifying and engaging IT and healthcare professionals across the U.S. market. This role is ideal for someone who is highly skilled in advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, AIRS techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter), excels at candidate outreach, and thrives in generating qualified leads for our recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source and identify top IT and healthcare talent across the U.S. using advanced sourcing tools and techniques.
Conduct targeted research on potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and specialized databases.
Create compelling outreach messages to engage passive and active candidates.
Generate a steady pipeline of interested and qualified leads for the recruitment team.
Forward candidate replies, profiles, and initial interest to the recruiting team for next steps in the hiring process.
Stay updated on sourcing trends, emerging tools, and competitive talent markets.
Collaborate with recruiters to align on role requirements and sourcing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Sourcer or Lead Generation Specialist, preferably in IT and Healthcare recruitment for the U.S. market.
Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing certifications (AIRS or equivalent) strongly preferred.
Strong communication and outreach skills with the ability to craft engaging candidate messages.
Experience in generating consistent candidate leads and passing them to recruiters.
Strong organizational and research skills with attention to detail.
Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working in a fully remote setup.
