About the Role

As Advertising Manager, you will lead and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads. You'll manage client accounts, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate with a remote team of marketers, developers, and designers to drive growth. This role is ideal for someone whos analytical, creative, and confident managing budgets, mentoring junior staff, and taking full ownership of client success.

Responsibilities

  • Managing all aspects of Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
  • Developing and implementing strategies across Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • placements including Search, Social Media, Display, and YouTube
  • Analyzing and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase ROI for our clients
  • Preparing monthly reports and actionable recommendations for clients
  • Taking ownership of client accounts and treating them as your own business to maximize return-on-investment
  • Collaborating with a team of marketers, web developers, and account managers to grow both our agency and our clients businesses
  • Managing and mentoring junior team members to achieve campaign goals and foster professional growth
  • Communicating complex technical concepts to clients in clear, accessible language
  • Solving performance marketing challenges with creative and analytical approaches

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a performance marketing role
  • Demonstrated expertise in Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram ads management
  • Strong analytical skills for running data-driven advertising campaigns
  • Excellent written English and ad copywriting abilities (samples required during application)
  • Proficient understanding of Google Analytics conversion tracking, pixel installation, Tag Manager, and Google Ads tracking
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and A/B testing methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting campaign issues and optimizing performance
  • Proven ability to balance creative thinking with logical analysis
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Meticulous attention to detail in campaign setup and management
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Google Ads certification and Facebook Blueprint certification (desirable)

Good to have:

  • Experience in leading small teams or mentoring junior staff
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles for improving client conversion rates
  • Familiarity with SEO, web development, and other digital marketing aspects
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Adaptability to platform changes and industry developments
