Specific Responsibilities Would Include::
  • End-to-end Amazon PPC management: campaign setup, restructuring, scaling, and ongoing bid/keyword/placement optimizations
  • Budget pacing and efficiency management (ACOS / TACOS) with weekly and monthly performance insights and clear recommendations
  • Search term analysis, keyword harvesting, negation strategy, and ASIN-level performance reviews
  • Performance diagnostics and opportunity identification, including listing, pricing, or creative gap analysis
  • Data-driven recommendations to improve CTR, CVR, and overall efficiency — actionable insights to support decision-making
  • Cross-functional coordination: provide briefs and priorities to listings, copy, and A+ content teams to align advertising performance with content execution
Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have::
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in PPC marketing and/or Amazon account management.
  • Hands-on experience managing Amazon Advertising (AMS) campaigns: launching, optimizing, and scaling.
  • Proven ability in performance analysis and ROI reporting, including ASIN setup, listing management, and A+ Content publishing.
  • Proficiency with CMS tools such as Salsify (or equivalent) and familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting, and data analysis).
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Creative and strategic mindset with a passion for the accessories category.
  • Detail-oriented with strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills; able to prioritize to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively as a team player.
