Job description

About the Role

In this role, you will take a leadership position in a multi-disciplinary team that will design, build, and deliver a sourcing platform targeting emerging brands and merchants across emerging markets. The ultimate goal is to develop an AI product that supports our customers in meeting their daily sourcing needs. We are looking for someone who is excited to build things from scratch and has a healthy risk appetite for an early-stage startup, coupled with an eagerness to learn, iterate, and innovate.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to align with business goals
Lead the design, development, and delivery of the sourcing platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches
Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and iterations
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience or more working as a Product Manager, with products that have hit the market and established a good user base and traction.
At least 2+ years of experience in e-commerce and/or marketplace environments
Experience with supply chain management, sourcing, and e-commerce is a significant advantage
Ability to make data-driven, informed decisions, with comfort in extracting and analyzing data to uncover patterns and insights
Deep understanding and empathy for the end user of B2B products, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of product development
