Job description

The Company’s Go-To-Market (GTM) Technology Support & Operations team provides the front line and specialized Application Support to the Go-To-Market Technology stack. Our application landscape is centered on Salesforce with various integrations to other applications (Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Docusign, Outreach). We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Business Applications Administrator who will be supporting Salesforce and other applications integrated to Salesforce.. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the administration of business applications used across our Go-To-Market functions, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services. This role requires expertise in managing complex business systems, supporting the front line administrators, and contributing to the success of the GTM Technology team.

  • Troubleshooting issues related to Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ) and integrations with Salesforce
  • Ensuring optimal performance of business applications by performing day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Maintaining resolution within given SLA
  • Ensuring all system changes made are done within BT security policies, procedures, and SOX compliance.
  • Maintain documentation of new system processes and system implementations. Provide general knowledge sharing with the global GTM Support team.
  • Establish a strong working relationship and pattern with Product Owners as well as other BT functions.
  • Support the month-end and Quarter-end issues 
  • You have at least 4+ years of information technology and/or information security experience
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Expertise in Salesforce Administration
  • Experience with Release Management
  • Experience with working in a global environment
  • Experience working with the internal and external audit teams to collect evidence for gap assessment preferred.
  • Experience in an environment with SOX framework / Compliance
  • Self-starter, Outstanding listener, great presenter, terrific interpersonal and communication skills
