MUST HAVES:
7+ years of React Development experience
7+ years of JavaScript development
7+ years of experience with Redux JavaScript library for managing and centralizing application state.
Job Duties:
As part of a team, develop and optimize BEN (Benefits Experience Navigator).
Benefits Experience Navigator (BEN) is a tool designed to help employees and customers navigate their benefits more effectively. It provides a user-friendly interface to access and manage various aspects of their health plans, including coverage details, claims, and wellness programs. BEN aims to simplify the benefits experience by offering personalized support and resources tailored to individual needs.
Skills:
React, JavaScript, Redux, etc.
Ability to work within a team - comfortable presenting ideas, giving and accepting feedback
Ability to partner well with backend teams to deliver solution together
Education
Bachelors Degree + 6 years experience OR 11 years without degree
