One of the fastest-growing global AI companies in the world is looking to appoint a Head of User Acquisition to help lead the next phase of its extraordinary growth journey. With over 30 million users in under two years and ambitions to reach 100 million next, the business is building new, category-defining consumer AI experiences. Their flagship product has scaled rapidly across international markets, backed by a strong and experienced founding team. The company operates as a fully remote team, led by founders and operators with a strong track record of building and exiting tech ventures. This is an opportunity to take on a high-impact leadership role within a product-led, fast-moving environment.

Reporting directly to a co-founder and CMO, the Head of User Acquisition will be responsible for driving user growth through paid acquisition channels. The role involves full ownership of campaign strategy, execution and performance analysis across platforms. It will also include leading creative testing loops, managing channel performance, and building scalable acquisition funnels. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with content, product and executive teams to shape and deliver growth strategies. There’s also scope to build out the user acquisition team, introducing scalable processes, systems and automation to support further expansion. The remit is broad, high-impact, and central to the company’s user and revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to grow user bases through paid media and performance marketing. They should bring a strong understanding of campaign measurement, tracking, and attribution, and be confident in using data to drive decisions. Experience in developing high-converting funnels, briefing and testing creative, and working across multiple channels is essential. A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with product, creative and leadership teams are key. This role is well-suited to someone with strong strategic instincts, a hands-on mindset, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
