CLIENT ENGAGEMENT MANAGER (Business Development)
Location: Atlanta, GA work-from-home with client on-site visits
Salary plus Bonus and Commission

SUMMARY
We are seeking a results-driven Client Engagement Manager (CEM) to lead direct client acquisition efforts focused on mid to large size organizations. This is a high-ownership, high-accountability role designed for professionals who are ready to convert sales intelligence into closed deals and long-term partnerships. You will work closely with a structured sales support team and be fully responsible for developing new business and owning those relationships post-sale.

RESPONSIBILTIES
  • Engage non-MSP prospects using intelligence and contact lists provided by the sales support team.
  • Drive conversations across Procurement, HR, DEI, and IT departments to gain a holistic view of client needs.
  • Lead the sales process from first contact to signed agreement—own the outcome.
  • Deliver on aggressive sales metrics: 6–8 active pursuits, 2+ meetings per week, 1 new client per month.
  • Maintain a 30%+ close rate from first meeting to signed contract.
  • Remain the primary point of contact post-sale, expanding the account across departments and service lines.
  • Collaborate with delivery and marketing teams to ensure messaging, branding, and service delivery remain aligned.
  • Maintain detailed CRM documentation in JobDiva for full sales visibility.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of experience in IT staffing, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Proven experience selling to non-MSP organizations or initiating direct client relationships.
  • Strong verbal, written, and consultative communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex deals and prioritize effectively.
  • Comfortable working with remote teams and using tools like JobDiva and LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline and drive to get results.
