Job description

Performance Test Engineer

Location: Washington, DC (Remote)

Duration: 3 months

Responsibilities:

Create performance test scripts using tools like Microfocus LoadRunner or JMeter.
Collaborate with development and functional teams to understand use cases and data flow.
Capture performance business metrics and performance metrics during and after testing.
Interpret performance test results alongside business and performance metrics.

Core Skills:

Develop customized codes in C language to optimize and enhance Vugen scripts.
Create customized scripts in JMeter using Groovy and BeanShell scripting techniques.
Basic knowledge of Java and C# programming.
Validate and analyze performance test results, manage defects, and report findings.
