We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development & Sales Lead to guide the sales efforts for our team. This is a crucial role for a hands-on sales expert who will be responsible for expanding our client base and driving revenue.

This role requires a deep understanding of the talent outsourcing market, and we are specifically looking for experience in placing people, not selling technology solutions or projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively identify, target, and acquire new clients for our talent outsourcing services, with a focus on delivering staffing solutions to meet their needs
• Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at client companies
• Pipeline Management: Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing deals
• Client Management: Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for expansion and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Strategic Growth: Contribute to the strategic growth of the outsourcing division, identifying market trends and new business opportunities

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in the outsourcing industry, with a strong focus on staffing and placing people
• Extensive network and established connections within the relevant business sectors
• Experience in client account management is a significant advantage
• A true passion for sales and a relentless drive to succeed
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Verbal and written communication skills in English
