Job Summary

We are hiring a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and client engagement. This role is ideal for someone who not only excels at prospecting but also has closing experience and can confidently move leads through the sales funnel.

You will play a critical role in generating qualified opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and supporting revenue growth in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture high-quality B2B leads
  • Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls and product demos where applicable
  • Manage and update CRM systems with accurate pipeline data
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to close deals
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs related to outreach, meetings booked, and revenue contribution
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales
  • Proven track record in outbound sales and lead generation
  • Closing experience is required (not just appointment setting)
  • Experience in B2B sales environments (strongly preferred)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Strong ability to manage multiple prospects and prioritize effectively
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely
