Job Summary

We’re seeking a resourceful Inbound Marketing Coordinator to help us accelerate our partner's current successful marketing and lead generation efforts. This role will report directly to Inbound Marketing Manager.


Working hours: 3 - 11pm

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming sales calls to book meetings with sales representatives while providing excellent service (150-180 per week)
  • Making outbound calls to follow up with inbound leads and book meetings with sales representatives (120-150 per week)
  • Gathering basic information from prospective customers and entering that information quickly and correctly into our partner's CRM software
  • Promptly responding to sales emails and answering basic product and sales questions while providing outstanding service


Requirements


  • B.A / B.S degree or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication in English
  • Ability to handle high volumes of calls and emails  
  • Ability to interact with internal peers and management
  • Proficient in Email and CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot or Salesforce)
  • Ability to prioritize assignments to anticipate and meet multiple deadlines
  • Comfortable analyzing data and consumer research
