Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in Power BI report development, especially in Azure and Dynamics 365 environments.
Solid knowledge of database management and data warehousing, proficient in Microsoft SQL.
Experience with ERP systems and understanding of manufacturing business processes.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Play a key role in BI reporting development in the new Dynamics ERP project, help the team leader to establish BI reporting strategy and plan, develop all kinds of BI reports for business units and provide support in report integration with the old reporting system
Work with the team to support business units to analyze business requirements and develop, provide solution of data visualization and insights
Clearly understand business model and system architecture. Support on ETL process to integrate data from ERP system and other sources of business units or system, to build up powerful data model which can fulfil the BI reporting strategy
Maintain reports and BI system. Optimize ETL performance, resolve issues and errors. Provide prompt support for international sector even during off time, especially during month end
Compose documentation of reports to guide user to digest reports and BI systems properly
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree major in Business, Computer, Finance, Economics or similar domain.
Solid knowledge and hands-on capability of Power BI is a must, at least 2 years report development experience. Rich experience in Power BI development under Azure and Dynamics 365 environment.
Additional Qlikview experience will be preferable.
Good knowledge in database and data warehouse, proficient in using Microsoft SQL to inquiry and extract data. Knowledge of DB2 is a plus.
Good understanding to business process of manufacturing company, has working experience with popular ERP system.
Be sensitive to figures, has good understanding on data analysis and statistics, financial knowledge would be a plus.
Proficient in both verbal and written English, multinational company experience is a plus.
