Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field., 5+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations, preferably in ag-tech., Proficiency in CRM technologies, especially HubSpot., Experience working with cross-functional teams in high-growth organizations..

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee North American sales commission plans and reporting.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to support sales performance and pipeline health.
  • Support global sales operations, including CRM optimization and data management.
  • Track and report on global KPIs and contribute to strategic initiatives.
