Job description

As a highgrowth SaaS organization expands its GoToMarket (GTM) engine, we are seeking a Manager of Revenue Operations (Analytics) to lead datadriven strategy across revenue planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role is central to building reliable, actionable insights that inform sales, marketing, and customer success decisions.

This is an ideal role for a strategic thinker and analytical problemsolver with deep RevOps experience, who thrives in a fastpaced, highimpact environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Forecasting & Funnel Health
  • Analyze sales funnel metrics: coverage, conversion velocity, slippage, and risk
  • Provide strategic insights to guide sales execution and forecast accuracy
    • 2. GTM KPI Frameworks
      • Define and maintain a comprehensive KPI architecture across acquisition, pipeline, expansion, and retention
        • 3. Reporting Infrastructure
          • Design and manage dashboards across Salesforce, Tableau, and Snowflake
          • Ensure consistency, clarity, and accessibility of GTM data and reporting
            • 4. Sales Planning
              • Support territory planning, segmentation, quota modeling, and sales capacity design
                • 5. Strategic Analytics Projects
                  • Lead analytics workstreams for initiatives such as pricing changes, new market entries, and campaign ROI
                    • 6. Executive Reporting
                      • Develop highlevel insights and reports for quarterly business reviews (QBRs), board presentations, and leadership meetings
                        • Requirements

                          • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Analytics, or Sales Strategy, ideally in B2B SaaS
                          • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (CAC, NRR, win rates, funnel velocity, pipeline coverage)
                          • Handson experience with analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Eloqua
                          • Experience managing GTM systems architecture and data integration
                          • Skilled in lifecycle and cohort analysis, ARR forecasting, and pricing strategy
                          • Strong crossfunctional collaboration and project leadership abilities
                          • Excellent communication and organizational skills
                          • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
                          • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the role is located
                          • Must be able to travel internationally (USCanada); valid passport required
