As a lead Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
Source potential candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates postinterview.
Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate and uptodate candidate information.
Assist in the negotiation of offers and facilitate the hiring process.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Recruiter in the Gaming IT Industry.
Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
