In our Tech Unit, the work is focused on Tech and High Tech clients for ICT and Engineering positions in the European Market. As a Freelance Tech Recruiter, is expected that you:

  • are able to interpretate the Job Descriptions
  • are able to create links between the Job Descriptions x Clients business x Candidate Profile
  • are expert in hunting Top Skilled professionals around EU to fill out openings in our clients
  • are skilled in atesting the requirements through detailed Interview process
  • will provide detailed analysis about suitable candidates
  • will build a constant pipeline with weekly submissions

    • You will count on internal support from HR, Digital Marketing and Recruitment Managers.

      Requirements

      • Fluent English
      • Experience in Tech Recruitment, preferred in positions for the High Tech industry
      • Able to recruit complex and senior profiles
      • Experienced in Hunting processes
      • Hability to interpretate technical requirements
      • Domain of Interview Techniques
      • Excellent communication skills
      • Sales mindset

        • Nice to have:

          • Experience in relocating candidates between countries
          • Technical academic background in ICT or Engineering
          • Previous experience as Freelance Recruiter
