Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Junior Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the full recruitment lifecycle — from crafting job posts and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You’ll be working closely with hiring teams and our Head of Recruitment to help build worldclass remote teams for our clients.

This is an ideal role for someone who is detailoriented, an excellent communicator, and genuinely passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft clear, compelling job posts for our clients in line with Talent Sam’s standards

  • Post job openings on relevant job boards, platforms, and social media

  • Use recruitment tools (Recruitee) and applicant tracking systems to manage job openings and candidates

  • Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates

  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between candidates and hiring managers

  • Liaise with hiring managers and HR partners to understand specific role requirements

  • Assist in refining and improving recruitment processes for efficiency and better candidate experience

  • Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

  • Support background and reference checks

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish

  • Maintain and manage calendars for hiring teams and interviewers

  • Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to support endtoend hiring efforts
