Job Description:
As a key team member, youll handle client queries, prepare quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure topnotch travel experience for the clients.
Join our team and be part of selling exciting FIT packages and group tours to various destinations worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Address client requirements and queries about various travel destinations via phone and email.
Prepare quotations by sourcing rates from offline suppliers and online portals (TBOOttilaActivity
Beds, etc.).
Negotiate with suppliers and clients to create competitive travel packages.
Compare quotes from suppliers with rates available online to ensure the best offerings.
Draft professional emails with quotations and send them to clients to facilitate travel planning.
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
