Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking domain.
Good knowledge of core banking modules such as lending, customer data, forex, teller operations, CASA, deposits, back office.
Experience in conducting workshops and gathering requirements.
Strong communication skills and ability to train end users.

Conduct functional workshops with clients and collect requirements.
Write functional specifications and use cases based on requirements.
Liaise with stakeholders and suggest solution approaches.
Perform functional testing and train end users.

Responsibilites
1.Ability to conduct workshops, collect requirement from banks, and write functional specification documents
2.Conduction functional workshops with clients
3.Write use cases on requirements collected
4.Suggest solution approach
5.Good Banking Functional Knowledge especially on core banking modules such
as lending, customer data, forex, teller operations, CASA, deposits, back office.
6.Understanding and hands on experience of Fusion Essence(nice to have)
7.Experience on a core banking implementation(nice to have)
8.Good communication skills
9.Training the trainersend users on the functional areas
10.Ability to prioritize issues
11.Liasing with stakeholders
12.Ability to adapt to new productenvironment
13.Functional testing

Mandatory Requirements(1st Level)Minimum of 2 years experience and a maximum of 15 years in banking domain.
Work location will be Bangalore, HSR Layout

Nice to have
At least 2 yrs of experience as a banking business analyst in any software company
Prior hands on experience on any one of the core banking products like Fusion Banking Essence, Finacle, Temenos, Flexcube.
