Job description

The Telesales Executive for Banking Products will be responsible for selling banking products and services to customers over the phone. They will identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and generate sales. The role requires a strong understanding of banking products and services, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote banking products and services
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular followup calls
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide accurate information about banking products and services
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales
  • Continuously update product knowledge
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and sales trends
    • Qualifications:
